Frankly, DC isn't a coffeehouse kind of town. You grab your Starbucks and go like any other person who has a job and doesn't need free wi fi. However, if you feel like loitering somewhere, Cosi Capitol Hill will do. They have ample outdoor seating, and you can look across the street at Starbucks and mock the 'establishment' selling their CDs. Eh, who are we kidding, go to Starbucks.
