This is your typical DC work crowd, all loosening their ties and purses to enjoy bitching about their jobs. Their bosses suck. After a long day of watching you tube and im'ing your friends, you might as well have a classy happy hour before showing the world your degenerate true self. Remember the name by recalling your combined SAT score. Open Mon-Thu 5:30pm-10:30pm; Sat 5pm-11:30pm; Sun 5:30pm-9:30pm

Instead of worrying about how bad your job is, come to Cap Grille and try and find a new one. It's all networking and creepy old men on Mondays...

Tuesday night is its finest - a universal truth. The lure of Tuesdays is 10-cent wings, but it has grown to be more of a meat market, with wings being a handy excuse. However, Thursday is strong and Wednesday is overlooked, for more manageable, chatty crowds. Also, hunting at closing time on any night usually renders results. Cap Lounge has burnt down twice but recovered nicely, so head on over and talk politics, even though the sign says 'no politics'. Go hit on a Hill staffer and learn all about how they wrote a press release or an amendment or something. That masters degree was worth it! Open Mon 2:30pm-2am; Tue-Thu 3pm-2am; Fri-Sat 10am-3am; Sun 10am-midnight

Six days a week, we might not send you here, but for some reason, on Thursday nights, the girls of George Washington University and other assorted interns and staffers make this a place to meat people. Decent on Monday as well. Jagerbombs all around. Open Mon 12am-2am, 10:30am-2am; Tue-Fri 11am-2am; Sat 10:30am-2am; Sun 11am-12am

It's Monday night...a good night to try something different. Mr. Smith's is an old piano bar in Georgetown that is hopping on the weekends and comfortable otherwise. Sure you can go to the piano and play Heart and Soul....they LOVE that... Open Mon 12am-2am, 11am-2am; Tue-Sat 11am-2am; Sun 11am-12am

More for the Monday Night Football aspect than anything else, this is a good place to catch up on the game and avoid going home for two more hours.
