La Mansion del Rio is just across the footbridge from The Watermark and is very nice as well. It is one of the most historic hotels in San Antonio as well and the most classic and well-known of the Riverwalk hotels.

San Antonio's historic Fairmount Hotel is a small boutique property that's right next to the convention center, La Villita and the Riverwalk, and just a short hop from the Alamo.
