Be prepared to wait if you are going on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you go for lunch...you will be in and out in no time! The decor is down-home southern and so is the food. All of their meat is slowly smoked with hickory wood which gives their food and great BBQ flavor. I really enjoyed the St. Louis spare ribs. The service was a bit slow for dinner...but that was to be expected. I highly recommend the Strawberry lemonade, the biscuits with honey butter, any appetizer and the combo platter. What can I say....excellent food and great service (It's fast and friendly). Pork ribs are my recommendation - they are tender and juicy and very meaty. With a few different locations, I can say they all live up to a good review. Open Mon-Thu 11am-9pm; Fri-Sat 11am-10pm; Sun 11am-8:30pm

Texas West BBQ is locally owned and operated with 3 locations. The tri-tip is mouth watering and their burgers are wonderful. I am a huge fan of their homemade side dishes as well as their BBQ sauce (which has a little kick to it). They also offer catering. Open Daily 11am-9pm

The place is like a country town hall with picnic tables and benches. There's a stage coach there and a pool table. The staff is always friendly and fast...as the boss is heckling them to get the food out! JR's is known for it's brisket...and I can see why. It was great. Open Mon-Thu 10am-8pm; Fri-Sat 10am-9pm

I'm a huge mac 'n cheese fan...and theirs is fantastic. They have live music on Saturday nights....so don't plan on talking to your neighbor. Their sweet tea is a MUST to try. If you like catfish, they have an all you can eat on Tuesday nights and all you can eat ribs on Thursday nights, which come with 2 sides. The decor was pretty bare bones, but the food is the main attraction! Open Tue-Thu 11am-9pm; Fri-Sat 11am-10pm
