Easily the best margaritas in Portland. During the summer months grab your drink and some food and park yourself a seat on one of the outdoor picnic tables and people watch. The food is very reasonably priced and the bar has several different margarita flavors...they tend to be on the sweet side.

Enjoy Andina with a group of friends. Andina serves Peruvian inspired cuisine and cocktails and whatever you order you will not be disappointed. The bar hosts a happy hour daily from 4pm-6pm with cocktails and small-plate specials that will certainly tempt you to stay for dinner. The bar is a comfortable space to enjoy your company and every night the house guitar player provides flemenco house music to help put you in the South America state of mind. Make sure you try the "Sacsayhuaman" (pronounced "Sexy Woman") cocktail. Mazatlan is the perfect place to go when you have several friends with you and want to get drunk on big margaritas and have a big mexican meal. You won't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy yourself here but you also may not remember anything from the night anyway after you leave here.
