Sea Saw is in Oldtown Scottsdale and has the best Japanese tapas, sushi, and sake selection in town. It is the pefect spot to go for dinner before heading out since it is located right next to a lot of the clubs. It is a little pricey and there are only 28 seats in the entire place but the quality speaks for itself. It will stack up favorably to any sushi place you have ever been to. Hours of Operation: Sun-Thurs 5:30pm-10pm Fri-Sat 5:30pm-11pm
