T Cooks at the Royal Palms has received the highest ratings from both national food critics and locals for its seasonal dishes and elegant surroundings. T. Cook's offers great ambiance for a Phoenix restaurant with the same colonial Spanish architecture and atmosphere of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. The Mediterranean cuisine features a wide variety of artistic and intriguing dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. Rising up beyond a baby grand piano, the bar is flanked by a nice salon with deep brown leather, custom-made upholstery and antique lamps. The Delos Room rounds out the T. Cook's experience, providing elegant privacy for up to twelve guests of the Arizona resort.

Mastro's is a fine Scottsdale steak and seafood dining experience. Highlights include fine steaks and lobster mashed potatoes. The service is superb as well.

Elements at the Sanctuary. Great atmosphere and excellent food. Fine sunset views as it is built on a mountian side. For dates, definitely ask for a lower booth as they are designed for two and face outwards towards the window with no obstructions. Great bar as well. Filet, pork, duck, scallops, tuna, etc--all great! Very romantic.

Inside the premier Four Seasons resort, Crescent Moon is a casually sophisticated rustic dining room. Mesquite tabletops, an open kitchen, beautiful brick walls and a copper fireplace are part of the experience. In the afternoon, the bright, spacious dining room is filled with ladies who lunch, business travelers and golfers from nearby Troon North. Although its location makes it less popular with locals, Crescent Moon is a nice afternoon getaway even if you aren't on vacation.
