Square sushi? You betcha. Zento offers up some pretty original rolls – including their namesake, the Zento roll (which you should be required to order because you’d be totally missing out if you didn’t). The chef and owner, Gunawan Wibisono, honed his craft at Morimoto before opening his own digs in Old City. The only drawback? Zento is small with a capital S-M-A-L-L, so make reservations. A little extra planning, maybe, but definitely worth it.
