A bit of a new comer to the Omaha BBQ scene, but Red Zone has come out swinging. Specializing in Texas dry meat and they love the heat so be careful even with their sides. As their name indicates, this is a Nebraska Cornhusker haven that has memorabilia dating back decades. It is equipped with TVs, but it considers itself a family restaurant than a sports bar - regardless, great place to eat and enjoy a beer.

Jim smokes his meat over hickory for just the right amount of time and has never left this patron needing anything more than a napkin.
