Relatively new place in the Morningside Heights neighborhood (109 St @ Bway) which has good BBQ, fried chicken, as well as southern/soul cooking. Casual place to eat, but I'm rooting for this place to be there for a while. Delivery's a bit slow, though - better off with picking it up in person.
