Fusion's sorta become the new "F-word", but this working mix of Latin and Asian seems to work in an original way. They've got a really good late night menu and a very nice bar with the three M's covered - Martinis, Margaritas and Mojitos. The best word to describe this place besides, well, "Citrus" is "Refreshing." Seafood is done in new and fun ways, but they always keeps things nice and simple. The Pomegranate - Ancho Chile Glaze Salmon is great.
