The verdict isn't out yet on Parlor and the seeming large numbers of people that have begun frequenting this place. It seems to have started simply and with a minimalist take on steak having a small menu + oysters. Maybe it's what the Upper East Side needs, but time will tell how this place will hold its own in the bevy of steak places that are sprinkled across the city.
