This quaint and cozy French restaurant is great for eclectic French fare, with a twist: rack of baby lamb chops with garlic-mashed potatoes in a soy-pepper sauce, fricasse of wild mushrooms with parsley and shaved garlic, and more. But hands down, Pascalou has one of, if not THE BEST CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ IN ALL OF NYC. Not to be missed by any chocolate lover!
