Where are you going to find the best Asian food? Chinatown, duh. Hop Shing’s has an old New York meets vintage noodle house feel with its red vinyl booths and wood paneling. The crowd can get loud, but it just seems to make it more authentic. This place has been around forever and it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. They ROCK the noodle dishes and the dim sum. Go there for real Chinese food and old school Chinatown décor.
