CBGB (Country, Blue Grass and Blues) was founded in 1973 and was a well known underground music club until last October when they finally shut their doors. Green Day, The Ramones, Patti Smith, Talking Heads, and plenty of others all performed here once upon a time. John Varvatos, who has always made some of the best Men's clothes available, has taken over the space and turned it into one of the coolest Men's boutique stores in Lower Manhattan.
