The staff is friendly, pours a decent pint and makes a mean Apple-Jack burger. Close to the subways, big private room for parties and stiff drinks make this the top pick for Superbowl & March Madness parties!

Located right on St. Marks Place this sports bar prides itself on 24 tap beers, sports-boasting TVs and memorabilia on every wall. Music alternates between 80's, hard rock and old school grunge. Cheap beers, good food and cool tunes make this a favorite among guys and gals alike!

This modern sports bar gets its name from the slang for a speakeasy during prohibition and has all the classic style without the liquor hang-ups. With hardwood floors and exposed brick this is a "pretty" sports hangout. The food is yummy (definitely try the Mac & cheese and jalapeño poppers).Lots of cute men for all you beer chugging females, and plasma screens for the boys. The bar is crowded without being obnoxious and the music is lively not loud. This is a perfect spot to bring your girlfriend that hates sports as she can sip her cocktail and pretend she's in a cozy wine bar, while you root for the Mets!

Big-old heapin' selection of quality beers and gobs and gobs of large TV's. A sports bonanza, if you will. You'll usually be able to catch your game and if it's a really big one, the crowd will grow to a fever pitch making you feel like you're in the stadium. The pub grub is good with above average wings that you can usually get on the cheap. A wee snobby about their beers -- you can't find a macro-brew in sight (yes, sometimes it's good to watch men beat each other up with a frosty Bud in hand). Good times will be had, nonetheless.
