This LES spot is owned by three writers and is aptly named after a 19th century French Poet - Paul Verlaine. With soaring ceilings, local art pieces and $4 lychee martinis it's easy to see why this small spot is one of the best ways to unwind after a long day. Come early to grab a seat as it fills up fast, try some of the Portobello mushroom dumplings or Ginger chicken wings.
