Hidden in a nondescript strip mall along White Bridge Road, Siam Cuisine is easy to overlook. The curry dishes are light on meat, but offer the perfect balance of spiciness and rich, coconut creaminess. During lunch, request a seat along either wall to avoid the glare from the afternoon sun streaming in. A $5 corkage fee is applied to diners bringing their own wine. You should be sure to cool their palates with an excellent Thai iced tea.
