The food is cooked on an induction stove, which refers to the high-tech cooktop that uses electromagnetic frequencies rather than gas flames or electric burners to heat the pans. The presentation of the food is beautiful and the view and decor adds to the atmosphere. Dinner is served from 5:30pm to 10pm Tuesday-Saturday.
