Football undoubtly rules the sport's scene in Tennessee and the Titans are nearly always in the playoff hunt. The ultra-talented Vince Young gets on all the highlight reels but this team is built on rock solid defense and a strong running game. So throw on your official replica jersey, fire up the grill, and get ready for some football!

Cold ice....hot, sweaty men....and swift action....hockey. Come watch the Predators take over the ice! Just be prepared for some checking, wall slamming, and goal shooting.
The beloved home of Vanderbilt University’s Men’s and Women’s basketball teams, Memorial Gym is one of the most unique college basketball venues in the country. Originally built in the 1950’s and recently renovated, the raised court and benches located along the baselines often serve to befuddle visiting teams and produce what the locals simply refer to as “Memorial Magic”! A friend of mine who goes by the name “Hambone” insists that it is the toughest place in the country for visiting teams. Iin my experience, you just don’t mess with guys nicknamed “Hambone”.

Nashville doesn't have a major league baseball team but the Sounds are the AAA affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers and one of the minor leagues better drawing teams. Unfortunately, plans for a new stadium on the downtown riverfront fell through so if you want to see a game you are stuck with tired old Greer Stadium. It may be one of the worst venues in professional sports, but at least the ticket prices are cheap. For most games you can get great seats for around $10 and the annual "Thirsty Thursday's" promotion has always proven popular.
