Mercy Lounge's biggest selling point isn't the national acts that occasionally perform in the 500-capacity space; it's the chic-but-laid-back atmosphere: pristine hardwood floors, vintage couches and chairs, thoughtful lighting and two long, S-shaped bars in two adjoining rooms. If the main bar is busy, or if the band is too loud, don't forget the smaller bar tucked in the corner of the back room. The bartenders aren't as swamped and their bar is just as well-stocked. An above-par pub menu features Cuban-spiced wraps and tacos.
