We've found most sushi-hibachi combo spots either do one thing well and the other falls by the wayside, or both just fall under the mediocre category. Fuji is an exception, because the do both very well. The sushi is well-constructed and fresh and the hibachi is fun and delicious. The comfortable and unpretentious ambience will provide you with an easy-going night out while you enjoy great tasting food. Oh yeah, and it all comes at a very reasonable price.
