Restaurant Hospitality and Design showcased Carnevor's design in 2006 along with 19 other projects from around the world. Carnevor also won "Best New Restaurant in 2006" in several publications including OnMilwaukee.com, Shepherd Express and Dennis Ghetto's Best New Restaurants from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Aside from being Milwaukee's Premier Prime Steakhouse, Carnevor features an award winning wine list with over 360 selections.
