One of Madison’s oldest Thai restaurants, Sukhothai has an excellent selection for vegetarians. The restaurant sat on Regent Street in downtown Madison, but the cart is what draws Thai fans. Set on the square, the cart serves primarily lunch to walk-up customers, and the food rivals anything found in a restaurant. Be warned, however, the spice meter runs towards the hot side. Medium here is most restaurants’ hot.
