Beautiful Building, service not so much....

My husband and I love Irish pubs and are always looking for a new one. I heard about Erin's from a friend of ours and they were raving about the atmosphere. I can certainly agree, the glossy granite bar and cherry woodwork everywhere is fantastic and its so big! You get the cozy pub atmosphere but have some elbow room even on a friday night. Pretty decent pub-fare and good steak though a little pricey for the portions. Service is terrible though. Servers don't know the specials or soups when they greet you, can't suggest wine or beer pairings with entrees. Smiles aplenty but not the level of service I expect when I pay almost 20 dollars for a steak. Our server was very friendly and pretty but didn't seem to know what she was doing. So good food, great atmosphere but substandard service.
