Once upon a time on our way to the beach, we stopped off at Baja Cantina and ended up staying for a while. Why you ask? First and foremost the people watching is outstanding and to say the very least-it's entertaining. And a solid menu boasting the Cochinita Pibil Taquitos (cirtus roasted pork in corn tortillas, served with oaxacan guacamolito & sour cream), the Enchilada Cangrejo Con Arroz (crab meat rolled in a corn tortilla and covered with lemon-pepper sweet wine sauce, served with mexican rice), and the Papaya Chicken Quesadilla stuffed with jack cheese, grilled chicken, fresh hawaiian papaya and mango chutney salsa. So is that enough to convince you to go? We hope so because we're on our way right now....
