Go where millions of people have gone before…to the Natural History Museum. Containing one of the world's most extensive and valuable collections of natural and cultural history, the Natural History Museum is a popular destination for families. Kids love all there is to experience: from the world's rarest shark (the Megamouth) to the Ralph M. Parsons Discovery Center, which contains a dig pit for the little ones to excavate fossils. And adults love that there are three full floors of permanent exhibits for their offspring to explore, thus ensuring tired children who will surely sleep soundly throughout the night. In terms of cost, admission prices are reasonable at $9 for adults, $2 for children (5 -12) and $6.50 for students/seniors. Not great, but reasonable. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-5pm, Sat-Sun 10am-5pm
