The owner of Coastal Connections, Brian Rightmyer, travels down to the Florida Coast every Monday and personally picks out fresh shrimp, crab, fish, and crawfish to bring back to his restaurant to sell by Wednesday. They serve blackened or grilled fish Thursday – Saturday during lunch and are open Wednesday – Saturday before they head back down to the coast for the next week.
