Originally on UT campus, Sam & Andy’s has moved out west (as in West Knoxville). Known mostly for their famous Vol Burger, this little dive serves up some great food. Good for the morning-after, this fare is not intended for the dieter, as most of it is deep-fried or rich in grease. Avoid lunch time during the week - this is a West Knoxville favorite.
