This lively bar and restaurant in Birmingham is as warm and familiar as an old friend, even though it's been open less than a decade. The bar décor is built around the history of the light bulb because the building was once a power company. It’s no surprise, then, that there’s plenty of energy at the long bar---especially on Thursday nights when the place is packed wall-to-wall with singles. The atmosphere can overtake the need for food, but it rarely disappoints.
