The crab is so fresh here because they literally operate their own crabbing fleet. Types of crab offered include: Florida Stone crab, North Atlantic Jonah crab, Pacific Northwest Dungeness Crab, Alaskan Red King crab, and Fresh Australian Spanner crab.
