That smell, my friend, is roasting coffee beans. Cafe' Brioso roasts, grinds, and brews their own coffee right on the premises...and brother, it will put hair on your chest! The Sulawesi is like liquid manna. The lunches are also fantastic. Brioso's lunch menu is comprised of a grand total of six sandwiches, four salads, and three soups...but they're all awesome. It's one of the favorites of Mayor Mike Coleman, and it gets Sneaky's seal of approval, too.

Coffee is a religion at Stauf's. They make a pretty penny selling their specially-roasted beans and other coffee accoutrements. The Grandview location has its fair share of guys in ponytails going clickety-clackety on laptops (can't they surf porn at home?), but you'll be comfortable here. Located at the heart of Grandview's boutique shopping district, Stauf's is ideal for people watching.

Cup O' Joe has the vibe of a Starbucks but with awesome desserts and good ol' booze! You see, some Cup O' Joe locations, including the Short North and Easton venues, are paired with MoJoe Lounge which serves up sandwiches and drinks. You will be tempted to order a slice of cheesecake, but take Sneaky's advice: nothing goes better with an Irish Coffee than a chocolate-covered Nutter Butter. Congrats, you've hit the sugar coma jackpot! Nine locations in Columbus. Maybe more by the time you read this.

Yes, we're aware that there is a Starbucks on every corner. Yes, we're aware that many of these locations are the Disney Store equivalent of the coffehouse world. But the crew that works at the corner of Broad and S 3rd in downtwn Columbus is brilliant. If it's good enough for Britney, it's good enough for you!
