Celebrity chef Douglas Rodriguez wows guests with his upscale Latino cuisine in a funky supper club in the River East Art Center. Overlooking the Chicago River, the large dining room features an extensive menu filled with tapas selections that include; Chorizo In Blanket (corn arepa, anise, green olive tapenade), Duck Confit (Spanish fig cake, mahon, cheese, watercress), Cheese of Spain (honeycomb, curry marcona almond, fig cake). If you are with folks who aren’t fans of tapas (as if?), Rodriguez treats diners to “inspired coastal Latin cuisine,” and offers a number of other dishes as well as one of the best ceviche bars in town.
