Perennial, the new addition to the Lincoln Park hood, is a casual bistro located inside the sassy new boutique hotel - Park View Hotel. The restaurant is owned by the same folks who launched both Boka and Landmark. And when it comes to the best oysters in Chicago, Executive Chef Giuseppe does not disappoint with his delicious oysters in the half shell with horseradish cocktail sauce and red wine vinegar.
