Rarely do you hear the words “all you can eat” and “luxury” in the same sentence…until you visit NoMI. For the Sunday Park Brunch, the savory Eggs Benedict NoMI are served with sautéed spinach and a lobster medallion. But if you’re more sweet then savory, indulge in the French toast assortment, which ranges from Apple and Brown Sugar encrusted to Blackberry-Orange Crème filled. Wash it down with the pricey, yet delicious Blood Orange Mimosa ($17), which adds to the royal treatment. Brunch is $55 for an adult and $27 for children under twelve. So if you are in the mood for decadence and luxury on any given day of the weekend, it’s a short ride to the seventh floor of the Park Hyatt Chicago. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 6:30am-10:30am, 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:30pm-10pm; Sat 7am-10:30am, 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:30pm- 10pm; Sun 11:30am-2:30pm.

The cuisine, described by Chef Joel Nickson as "Southern Reconstruction cooking," is a great way to get home style favorites without all the extras - like lard and butter. At Wishbone, the fare is simple, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Located in the West Loop (with other locations on Lincoln and Roosevelt), it's a bulls-eye for anyone looking for casual eatery that welcomes everyone from boho hipsters to sophisticated seniors. Art from Nickson’s family, including his mother, adorns the walls and provides an eclectic “anything goes” feel. From buckwheat pancakes and biscuits and gravy all the way to pork chops and collard greens, it’s southern living in the big city. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm; Tue-Thu 5pm-9pm; Fri 5pm-10pm; Sat 8am-3pm, 5pm-10pm; Sun 8am-3pm.

The upscale Seasons restaurant, located in the posh Four Seasons Hotel, is known for its opulent and scrumptious brunches. The spread of eclectically classic foods are only emphasized in grandeur by your view. The dining room, dripping in marble surroundings, is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and the food adds to the decadence. Try the magnificent basil crusted Rack of Lamb in a Cabernet Wine Reduction and treat your stomach to your own omelet creation, using ingredients like Caviar Cream or Crab meat. Or, if fancy isn’t your thing, just delve into the homemade doughnuts with some freshly squeezed OJ – it’s just as decadent. Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 6:30am-9am, 11:30am-2pm, 6pm-10pm; Sun 7am-10am; 10:30am-1:30pm

This sweet and cozy café is perfectly priced and portioned for all the hungry college students in the area. Known for its burrito-shaped omelets and homemade sweet milk biscuits, it’s bursting with diversity in its crowd and its menu. Centered in Little Italy, the American-style restaurant and coffeehouse is always packed with patrons eager to cure their morning ailments with the southern-flared breakfast foods. And while this tiny gem only holds 16 patrons at a time, the wait is well worth it, if only to get that warm fuzzy feeling inside from the intimate dining experience. Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun 7am-2pm

If you’ve had a late night this funky hotspot may be a bit too cheery for you. Owned by Michelle Fire, Tweet delivers everything your little artsy heart desires in a brunch. The cash-only restaurant serves up hearty meals made from fresh organic ingredients and Amish farm eggs. In fact, much of the restaurant’s charm comes from the locally artist decorated interior, which inspired the names of the menu items like David Sharpe's Omelet with Shallots and Asparagus. All of the menu items are reasonable, with the average tab being $24 for entrée, drink, tax and tip. Adding to the fun environment of the restaurant is its rear patio and sidewalk café, making it the perfect place to soak up the Chicago summer while enjoying a healthy, delicious meal. Hours of Operation: Mon, Wed-Sun 9am-3pm.
