Just on the outside edge of Chapel Hill this BBQ restaurant and is often pigeon holed to a traditional style. I guess some don’t know they slow cook their piggys over “wood” and aren’t nuked. Like all slow cooked BBQ it’s an art so grab some pulled pork, sit down, and appreciate true skill.
