You can't get much better than chips & salsa, a killer margarita and a view of Lake Champlain while sitting outside at Roques. Tiki torches line the outdoor eating area, while the inside dining area is pretty nice as well. The food is great...they serve complimentary (I think it's free you may want to check) chips, salsa, AND refried beans! It's usually always a busy place, be sure to have your entire party with you, or else they won't seat you at the table. Close to the ECHO Center and the Burlington waterfront....great food, fun atmosphere!
