You can't get much better than chips & salsa, a killer margarita and a view of Lake Champlain while sitting outside at Roques. Tiki torches line the outdoor eating area, while the inside dining area is pretty nice as well. The food is great...they serve complimentary (I think it's free you may want to check) chips, salsa, AND refried beans! It's usually always a busy place, be sure to have your entire party with you, or else they won't seat you at the table. Close to the ECHO Center and the Burlington waterfront....great food, fun atmosphere!

Located in Williston (about 10 minutes from Burlington), this place has good margaritas and decent food. They have a pretty good salsa bar with lots of different types of salsas. Not so much a "bar scene," but more of a place to grab a bite to eat before the movies (Majestic 10 is right next door).

"Welcome to Moes!" You'll hear those words alot while you chow down your burritos. This is a very casual cafeteria style place, but the food is good and very filling! You pretty much tell them what you want in your order and they make it right there in front of you. Good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.
