A $10,000 membership gets you VIP access at Saint, but even shallower pockets can have a good time here, thanks to its three über cool rooms, the Threshold, Bordello and Lounge Dining Room. Even before pouring its patrons a few drinks, this club makes them feel as if they’re underwater with its ground seashells on the walls. (Not to mention the cover charge, which can submerge a few.) The music is almost always fresh and danceable and if not, you can always just stand around and stare at the décor and the dynamic crowd that gathers here. Open Wed-Sat 11pm-2am

First, the no’s—no polos, hats, sneakers, etc. Now, the yeses: yes, you can find good clubs in Boston, and yes, there are hotties here (past sightings include Heidi Klum, Maxim models and, ahem, Kevin Federline. This French-Indian restaurant and bar is housed in an 1800 bank, and its bar is a former teller’s cage, which is pretty cool. You won’t be saving much money here, as drinks like the lychee martini cost $12 and covers can be pricey, too, but Fridays and Saturdays here, along with the bathrooms, are worth a visit.
