As breakfast places go, it’s sometimes hard to find a new twist on your basic eggs, sausage, pancakes and hash browns. But the Trolley House has taken breakfast up a few notches and really added some flavor. You will not leave without a full stomach, and if you want something not on the menu they’ll happily make it for you. If the cook likes your idea, you may get a new menu item named after you.
