The Neurolux's great happy hour, which lasts from 12:30 to 8 everyday of the week, is what's keeping this ship from sinking. You can however hear some of Boise's best live music seeping through the cracks. If your budget is tight you might think about pre-funking here before moving on. The accountants down at the Lift have figured out a way to move Oly Beers. Apparently if you sell them every Tuesday at 50 cents a pop, people will buy them. They call it "Holy Oly Night" and its quite a spectacle. Other than having the cheapest happy hour in history of mankind, their staff is great, the food is good, and they even serve breakfast. Hours of operation: Always open 11 a.m. -12 a.m. Happy Hour: M-F Specials
