Any true blooded American experiences hunger pangs that only Pizza and Beer will satisfy. The Front door is a great place to satisfy this hunger. Get a 7", 16" or 18" pizza and pair it with one of their many German and Belgian brews. If you want a beer closer to home they have some regional ones available as well. As you eat in this small yet cozy restaurant take a minute to admire the black- and- white Prohibition pictures on the walls. Then take a drink of your Belgian ale and appreciate the end of that era! This micro brewery has some really great beers in a few different styles at a decent price. The crowd is a little hippieish, long-haired and unconventionally dressed, minus the weirdness. Although the bar area is slightly smaller they still have some great live music from time to time. Hours of operation: Daily 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Happy Hour: Mon-Fri 5-6:30 p.m.

The Ram is an "in your face" sports bar with lots of space and more importantly lots of options. Inside its designed to accommodate the avid sports fan and beer drinker. It sports a full bar and a decent menu, with all the familiar sports bar goodies. Come with your buds or bring a date, BUT MEN BEWARE, there are 33 TV's plastered on every wall that can potentially ruin a good first impression. Hours of operation: Daily 11 a.m.-close Happy Hour: 4-6 p.m. and 10-12 p.m.
