This property has a great waterfront location with two proven restaurant concepts on-site: Ruth's Chris-Pier 5 and McCormick & Schmick's. It's a trendy and hip property with a good crowd but room rates can get a bit pricey at around $300 a night. What they call vibrant colors and hip designs we call overdone BUT it is a good stay or it wouldn't be on here.
