Recently re-opened after a fire destroyed this Federal Hill staple, the Stalking Horse is hotter than ever! With a restaurant downstairs, and a bar, dancefloor, and innumerable flatscreens upstairs (perfect for watching the Raven's or O's), its impossible not to to have a blast. P.S.
