Without a doubt one of the finest Thai restaurants in town. The decor is very impressive and they probably have the nicest bathrooms of any restaurant we have seen. Everything from the appetizers to desert are impeccable. The presentation makes you feel ashamed to actually eat the food. We recommend trying the blue plate for an appetizer and any of the seafood dishes for an entree. Or you could just order for yourself like a grown-up. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:30pm-10pm Fri 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:30pm-11 pm Sat 5pm-11pm Sun 5pm-10pm

Located in the W Midtown hotel, Spice Market is one of the newest hot spots in the city featuring Thai and Vietnamese dishes. There is no question this is one of the "be seen" restaurants in Atlanta at the moment, but there is plenty of substance to go along with the style. It won't be long before the word is out everywhere since Starwood hotels plans to open them throughout the world in select properties.

Tamarind is located in the Colony Square shopping center of Midtown and is widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, Thai restaurants in Atlanta. The deep fried whole red snapper is one of their more popular dishes and something you will want to try IF it is available. Duck and other fish dishes are just as good and you have to try at least one appetizer. Parking is a pain in the ass but they do valet for 1.5 hours in the Colony Square parking garage. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 11am-10pm, Fri 11am-11pm, Sat 4pm-11pm, Sun 11am-9pm

By no means the most authentic Thai food in Atlanta, but certainly one of the more popular choices. Located right in the Highlands, Surin generally draws a great dinner crowd, especially on weekends. Be prepared to wait if you are not there early, but then again there are worse things than being surrounded by twenty-somethings. There are multiple locations throughout Atlanta so check their website if you are looking for something closer. Hours of Operation: Sun-Thu 11:30am-10:30pm Fri-Sat 11:30am-11:30pm

They also serve up great desserts and if you are feeling lazy our friends at Zifty will deliver to you and your friends. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 11am-10pm Sat 4pm-10pm

We probably wouldn't suggest Top Spice if it wasn't for one very important fact... they actually make it possible for you to eat really good Thai food in your underwear since they deliver. If you are strolling around the site looking for Thai places we may have just sucked the motivation out of you to leave the house. Hours Of Operation: Lunch: Monday-Saturday: 11AM-3PM Dinner: Sunday-Thursday: 5PM-10PM, Friday-Saturday: 5PM-10:30PM
