We are not cashing checks from any of these places and none of our meals have been comped. This place is a little small and dark and sometimes can be a little noisy, but the steak is incredible. Chops is right in the heart of Buckhead and has one of the best steaks in town. This is a first class establishment and an overall great experience. You will see plenty of "suits" talking business and plenty of "suits" pretending to talk business. Kevin Rathbun may be the best chef in Atlanta and his passion can be seen in all of his restaurants. He is quickly gaining national attention and it wouldn't shock us if he had a cooking show in the Desparate Housewives time slot. This is what it must feel like for parents to choose between their favorite children. Bone's has great steak and absolutely lives up to the billing as one of the best steak places in Atlanta. Some would argue that it is the best overall steak experience in town. We would argue that the mostly older male business crowd makes it #4. Located on the second floor of Lenox Mall this is a top-notch sushi restaurant for lunch or dinner. Like Bluepointe, there are plenty of other good menu items and the only negative (if you consider it a negative) is that it IS located in a shopping mall. Great food and one of the best views of any restaurant/bar in Atlanta. Wednesday night is their "wine down" but if you are coming here for drinks you have to try the "Stoli Doli". McKendrick's Steakhouse is one of the best pure steak houses in the metro Atlanta area and is easily the best in the northern suburbs. The Perimeter location is really the only reason it's not ranked higher as we all know the Sneaky Sunday prefers city locations. Great steaks and seafood in a fine dining setting. McKendrick's is a must try if you love steak and if you're in the Dunwoody / Sandy Springs, Perimeter Mall area.
