This Little Five Points pizza place features great thin-crust pizza and calzones and has a funky style to it. They have some unique pizza, sauce, and crust varieties i.e. the cajun pizza. With attitude and funky style, Savage fits right into the "Little Five" culture. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 11:30am-10:30pm Fri-Sat 11:30am-11:30pm Sun 12pm-10:30pm

It's family owned and operated and everything is made from scratch, including the homemade sauce. The pizza is thin-crust and the slices are huge. It's a total dive and kind of hard to find in the "poncey-highlands" area. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 11:30am-10pm Fri 11:30am-11pm Sat 12pm-11pm Sun 5pm-10pm

Fritti and Sotto Sotto are two separate restaurants in the Highlands that are basically attached. They feature the same great chef although Sotto Sotto would probably be considered more upscale. Both will deliver a great overall Italian experience. Send your wife into one and your girlfriend into the other (ladies reverse joke or just ignore)... compare notes and fight later! Hours of Operation: Mon-Tue 5:30pm-11pm Wed-Thu 11:30am-2pm, 5:30pm-11pm Fri-Sat 11:30am-2pm, 5:30pm-12am Sun 1pm-9pm

The original location is next to Emory and opened in 1971. Since that time "Everybody's" has been one of the more popular pizza places in the city. The dough is made up fresh daily and they use real cheese. The crust is thicker than your typical "New-York style". The sandwiches are also worth a try and the pizza sandwich is the natural choice. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 11:30am-11pm Fri-Sat 11:30am-1am Sun 12pm-10:30pm

Fellini's has multiple locations throughout Atlanta and each of them serve up thin-crust pizza by the slice. It's quick, affordable, and pretty good quality. What really makes Fellini's a popular spot in Atlanta and draws the crowd is the outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot to grab a quick slice and sit outside and enjoy a beer. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 11:30am-12am Sat 11:30am-2am Sun 12:30pm-12am

So if you like "Chicago-style" pizza this would clearly be your #1 choice, especially in Atlanta. The slices are huge, rich, and artery-clogging. It's a great change up from your typical slice. If you are putting away more than two or three slices a sitting, you should be doing eating competitions. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 10am-11pm Fri-Sat 11am-1am Sun 12pm-10pm

There is nothing like sitting on a fabulous patio with friends, sipping a glass of wine, and eating a thin crust pizza that just melts in your mouth. You know what we're talking about. If not, you need to go to Ecco. We personally recommend the artichoke, spinach, and goat cheese pizza. Don't be sacred to try the tuna too...its also a favorite!

When you walk into a Mellow Mushroom in Atlanta one thing is very clear- They do not drug test! Pot may lower ambition and productivity but we would not have Mellow Mushroom without it. The pizza is finished off with sourdough crust and ends any debate of best overall pizza in Atlanta. Plus we didn't want to get in the Chicago style vs. New York style debate. There are multiple locations all over Atlanta so check for the one closest to you. Hours of Operation: Mon-Wed 11am-11pm Thu-Sat 11am-12am Sun 12pm-11pm
