Cafe Intermezzo is one of the more popular dessert choices in Atlanta and as we have mentioned it is also a great spot for conversation, a date, or a cup of coffee. Jake's is the pick when it comes to ice cream. They have over 70 flavors and we would suggest doing your best to try them all. All of their ice cream is homemade. We recommend checking their site for store hours and locations since the ice cream business is a bit seasonal.

Henri's has been providing sugar highs in Atlanta for more than 75 years and has locations throughout the city. We are very aware that this place is a bakery and that you are in the dessert category but instead of pointing out little details why don't you just trust us and try one of their cakes. Southern Sweets could not be more appropriately named and has the best apple pie in the city. Really you could make the case for all of their pies being the best in the city which is probably why they supply desserts to numerous restaurants throughout Atlanta.

Alon's is the type of place you would find in Europe with made from scratch breads, pastries, cakes, etc. It has grown from a small bakery in Virginia Highlands into a full blown market with two locations in Atlanta.
