Located in Midtown, this is more than just your typical coffeehouse. It's a converted industrial loft and is very stylish with plenty of seating options. They have a wide variety of tea and also have some great art to check out. It's a popular study destination for a lot of GA Tech, Emory, and GA State students so we see an opportunity here. Located in East Atlanta, this is one of the most highly regarded coffeehouses in the city. As you would expect the crowd and demographic is diverse and to call the place eclectic would be as obvious as most of our jokes. We love the place and highly recommend trying one of their lattes. The parking is a pain and not the kind of place that is going to have a valet (thank God). Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 6:30am-11pm Fri 6:30am-12am Sat 7:30am-12am Sun 7:30am-10pm

We have cracked the code and apparently this place serves coffee and wine. Located in the Highlands, this place has been serving up some of the best coffee in town for over three years. Located in Decatur, Java Monkey delivers organic "fair-trade" coffee and a wide variety of tea. They have poetry readings on Mondays (which we can't comment on) and live jazz and blues performances. They also have a wine bar and very good sandwiches. If you get to hopped up on caffeine and are not fit to drive it is right next to the Decatur MARTA station. We are going to trust that they did not rip their name off from "Friends" because if they did we will have to banish them from this list!
