Bravo's Top Chef contestant Richard Blais is the creator of this new gourmet burger concept on Howell Mill in West Midtown Atlanta. The burgers are small but creative, and extremely tasty. The restaurant itself is very hip (Miami-esque) and adds some charm to the ever-changing West Midtown area. They also offer Nitrogen frozen milkshakes (nutella with burned marshmallows anyone)? It's worth a try if you are a burger lover, but just keep in mind that the wait will be long (no reservations taken) so bring your patience and try to find a seat at the bar for the 1-2 hour wait. I'd give it another month for the hype to calm down before making it out here.
